Terms and Conditions of Business
Once an offer of employment has been made to a candidate, put forward by Coconuts Nanny Agency, it will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The client must notify the agency of the appointment
Refunds and replacements
If the arrangement between client and nanny is unsatisfactory, you must advise us in writing as soon as possible within the 4 weeks before full payment is made, or you will be liable for the full fees. If full payment has already been made and you later decide the nanny is unsuitable, within the 4 weeks, you will be entitled to a replacement, or if one cannot be found within the next 4 weeks, a full refund , less an administration charge of £50.00 will be given. This is providing the agreed terms of contract have not been altered. The administration charge must be paid at all times, if no suitable replacement can be found.
Agency position
Coconuts Nanny Agency is strictly an introduction agency and as such, is not responsible for any loss, damage, expense or injury suffered by the Client howsoever caused. The Client is responsible for employing the candidate and agreeing contracts. Coconuts nanny agency offers no warranty that the candidate is honest, capable or reliable and of good character. Clients must satisfy themselves as to the candidates character and suitability. The agency will carry out all pre-checks and advise the Client of all information that is available from the references and relevant sources.
Coconuts Nanny Agency is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients, in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not pass on any information to third parties. Only agreed information given to us, will be used in the pursuit of finding a suitable candidate for your position.
Fees
Charged as stated in the ‘Fees’ section on this site. Fees are not subject to VAT.
If a temporary contract becomes permanent or is extended, the appropriate fee becomes payable. If a nanny leaves the employment and later returns, the appropriate fee must be paid. It is the client’s responsibility to notify the agency of any changes.
